Our goal at Pella Engraving Company is to offer the finest personalized gifts available and strive to make your ordering process as easy as possible.

Due to the nature of our personalized products, all personalized, monogrammed and custom items are non-returnable.

We offer and strongly suggest, that you request a proof to be e-mailed to you for your approval of images that will appear on your gift. Once you approve our e-mailed proof or if you click the "don't send proof" box, we will not be responsible for any typing or graphic errors.

If you do find a defect with your product, or shipping damage, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your item and we will do our best to replace that item. In order to file a shipping claim, we must have all the original packaging saved.
